Sanjay Mane has a diverse work experience in the field of business intelligence and data analysis. Sanjay started their career at Kennametal in 1999 as a Product Design Engineer, where they developed engineering solutions and improved process capability for metal cutting and forming applications.

In 2004, Sanjay joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Senior Technical Business Analyst. Sanjay led a team of 35 resources, performed technical reviews, and created reports and scorecards on key metrics for different product business groups. Sanjay later transitioned to the role of Data Analyst, where they developed and optimized reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy, SQL Server, and Excel. Sanjay also planned and implemented program strategies and managed cross-functional teams. Lastly, they served as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, where they coordinated and managed BI projects for various clients, collaborated with management to improve data collection, and distributed executive dashboards and reports.

Since 2014, Sanjay has been working at DataFactZ as a Business Intelligence Consultant. In this role, they develop end-to-end data warehousing and BI solutions using OBIEE and MicroStrategy. Sanjay manages multiple projects simultaneously, works with business users to define report requirements, and translates them into reporting deliverables.

Sanjay Mane obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, graduating in 1998. Sanjay also holds additional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, obtained in September 2022, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, obtained in February 2020. Sanjay also has certifications in CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PMP (Project Management Professional), and Six Sigma Green Belt, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
