Justin Hou

Vice President, Product Innovation, Design, Learning, Enterprise Solutions Architecture at Tekion

Justin Hou has extensive work experience in the technology industry, specifically in roles related to product innovation, design, learning, and solutions architecture. Justin began their career as a Computer Technician and Computer Sales Associate at Data Doctors in 2009. Justin then served as a Residential Assistant/Teaching Assistant at EPGY, Stanford University in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, Justin was a Program Manager Intern at Microsoft, where they worked on projects related to Windows Phone and device update.

Justin then joined Stanford University as a Technical Consultant at the Meyer Technical Desk from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they returned to Microsoft as a Program Manager II in the Operating Systems Group, focusing on enterprise and security, device management for Windows Phone from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, Justin joined Avant as a Manager, Product Manager, Data Engineering, and Data Science, where they were responsible for creating the product vision for data engineering and data science teams. Justin then moved to Tekion Corp in 2016, starting as a Director in Product Innovation, Design, Learning & Development, where they led a team of designers, learning and development professionals, and mentored product managers. Justin was later promoted to Senior Director and then Vice President in the same roles at Tekion Corp.

In 2023, Justin took on the role of Vice President of Learning and Development at Tekion Certified Professionals. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated a passion for revolutionizing the automotive industry through innovation and modern application design. Justin has led teams across multiple regions, collaborated with various organizations, and focused on creating great customer experiences.

Justin Hou attended Stanford University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science, Systems. In August 2023, they obtained the ARC Certified Service Professional certification through the Tekion Certified Program.
