Nathaniel Onigbinde is a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Tek Experts since May 2018, overseeing the operationalization of the M365 quality framework and leading a team of 12 Quality Analysts. Responsibilities include conducting periodic reviews of customer experience, identifying training needs, and collaborating on continuous improvement projects following Lean Six Sigma principles. Prior to this role, Nathaniel served as a Quality Assurance Lead at iSON BPO, where mentoring, performance reviews, and data analysis were primary duties. Earlier experience includes positions as a Quality Assessor and Customer Care Consultant at Airtel Nigeria, as well as a Project Officer for the Lagos State Governor's Office. Nathaniel holds a Master of Science in Information Science/Studies from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Delta State University.
