Martin Erler has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Martin founded Tegus Medical GmbH in 2019 and serves as the Founder & CEO of the company. Prior to that, in 2015, they also founded Flits Music GmbH. Martin Erler worked at REpower Systems SE from 2007 to 2013, where they held multiple positions including Teamleader Global Key Account, Business Development Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Business Development Manager for Latin America/Africa, and Controlling Subsidiaries & Affiliates.

Martin Erler completed their education at three different institutions. In 2001, they began their studies at HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences, specializing in International Studies of Global Management. Martin pursued this degree until 2006, earning a Diplom. In 2003, they also participated in a Foreign Semester at the Universidade Federal da Paraíba. Later, in 2014, Martin enrolled at Berklee College of Music and completed an M.A. in Global Entertainment and Music Business by 2015.
