Alec Dethloff is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen management and operations. Currently serving as Culinary Manager at Ted's Montana Grill since May 2022, Alec oversees all front-of-house cost structures, staff training, and daily culinary operations. Previous roles include Chef at The Hickory Tavern, Chef at Pf Chang's, and Culinary Manager at The Olive Garden. Early career experience consists of Kitchen Manager at Outback Steakhouse, Manager at Tripp's Restaurant, and General Manager at Johnny Carino's. Alec holds a degree from Campbell University's Lundy-Fetterman School of Business.
