The Culinary Operations Team at Ted's Montana Grill, Inc. is responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of the restaurant's food offerings. Led by the Culinary Manager and supported by the Server Team Lead and Manager of Culinary Operations, the team oversees menu development, food preparation processes, and the training of kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience centered on fresh, high-quality ingredients and authentic American cuisine.
