Alex Salkever has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alex is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Vionix Biosciences. Prior to this role, they worked as a Book Author and was named a finalist for the Financial Times / McKinsey Book of the Year Award in 2017. Alex also founded Techquity, where they served as the Managing Partner and CMO, helping companies leverage software and cloud operations to scale. Additionally, they worked as a Virtual CMO for Move 37 Marketing, specializing in startups in AI/ML and Cybersecurity. Alex has also held positions such as Interim Vice President Marketing at Sight Machine, VP of Marketing at Opensense, and Interim CMO at Tesorio. Alex Salkever's experience also includes roles at Wireline.io, where they were the VP of Product Marketing, and The Linux Foundation, where they worked as a Consulting CMO and Product Marketing Lead. Alex also served on the Board of Directors at EarthUP.
Alex Salkever has a B.A. with High Honors in PoliSci, Russian Language & Lit. from UC Santa Barbara. Alex also completed a Full Stack Web Development Certification from Free Code Camp in 2017. Additionally, they took 2 years of coursework in International Relations at The Johns Hopkins University, which they later transferred to UCSB.
