Richard Shank serves as the Senior Principal and Vice President of Innovation at Technomic, Inc., where employment commenced in January 2011, following a progression through various leadership roles including Vice President of Research & Insights and Manager/Director/SR. Director of Consumer Insights. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Research Associate at Mather LifeWays from May 2007 to February 2011, and instructional roles at Franklin College and Rutgers, The State University. Early career experience encompasses a Graduate Research Assistantship at the Institute for Health, where data mining and research analysis skills were developed, as well as managerial duties at the Indiana Consortium for Mental Health Services. Richard Shank holds an M.A. in Sociology from Rutgers University and a B.A. in Sociology and Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
