Manoj Sood has extensive experience in the field of human resources and management. Manoj served as the President of HR at Techno Electric & Engineering Co. Ltd., starting in April 2011. Before that, they were the National Manager of HR at Freight Systems India Pvt Ltd from August 2006 until November 2010. Prior to that, they held the position of DGM of HR at Intex Technologies (India) Ltd for a brief period from March 2006 to July 2006. Manoj also worked as the Manager of HR & TQ at Amabdi Enterprises Ltd. (Murugappa Group) from April 2001 to January 2006, where they were responsible for establishing HR and Total Quality Management within the company and played a key role in achieving ISO 9001 and Social Accountability 8000 certifications.
