Élizabeth Boisclair, CRHA, has been with SOPREMA Canada since May 2015, serving as Coordonnatrice acquisition de talents and previously as Technicienne Dotation. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire recruitment process, collaborating with managers to identify workforce needs, implementing workforce management processes, and developing employer branding strategies. Élizabeth also engages in talent attraction initiatives, participates in various networking events, and ensures new employee satisfaction through regular follow-ups. Prior to SOPREMA, Élizabeth worked at SAQ from June 2012 to August 2015, where responsibilities encompassed customer service and operational management in a retail environment. Élizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree from Université Laval and a Diploma from Cégep de Drummondville.
