Ayomiposi Ajayi is an Outreach Director and Organizer at Technica, where significant outreach efforts led to over 1800 registrations for the world’s largest hackathon for underrepresented genders in tech. In addition, Ayomiposi serves as a Diversity and Inclusion Liaison, collaborating with over 50 organizers to uphold D&I principles. Currently pursuing a degree at the University of Maryland, Ayomiposi is actively involved in the Computer Science Student Advisory Board and has interned at Amazon as a Software Development Engineering Intern, focusing on machine learning and customer experience. Previous experience includes a Student Intern role at Howard University’s Atmospheric and Oceanic Laboratory, co-founding the We R STEM organization, and completing a web development bootcamp through Kode With Klossy.
