Rachel MacSween is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and international recruitment within higher education. Currently serving as the Director of Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement at IDP Connect since March 2022, Rachel also held the position of Director of Client Partnerships for the UK and Europe. Previous roles include Director of International Recruitment, Partnerships and Mobility at The University of York, Head of Recruitment and the International Office at the University of Strathclyde, and Director of Marketing and Admissions at EIC at Edinburgh Napier University. Rachel's career began with roles in marketing and account management, including significant contributions to student recruitment marketing and advertising. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from Queen Margaret University, among other credentials.
