Rachel Hall started their work experience in 2012 as an Office Administrator at CHI. Rachel then moved on to work at Bizmatics as a Solution Adoption and Implementation Specialist from April 2017 to March 2020. In 2020, Rachel joined eSolutions, which later merged with Waystar, where they became a Solution Adoption Project Manager. Rachel also held the role of Channel Sales Manager at Waystar from April 2021. Most recently, they started working at Tebra in July 2023 as a Channel Partnership Manager.
Rachel Hall completed their education in a chronological order, starting from 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they attended Houston Community College and obtained an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Health Information Technology. Rachel then pursued further education at Liberty University from 2020 to 2022. At Liberty University, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Management.
In addition to their formal education, Rachel also obtained two certifications in 2021. Rachel completed the "Enhance Your Productivity with Effective Note-Taking" certification from LinkedIn in March 2021. Furthermore, they also obtained the "Own Your Voice: Improve Presentations and Executive Presence" certification, also from LinkedIn, in the same month and year.
