Eliane Uwera has extensive experience in financial and administrative management, currently serving as the Head of Support Services at Tearfund since July 2015, overseeing Finance, HR, and Logistics for the Central African Republic mission. Uwera has held various roles in the nonprofit sector, including Program Accountant at Oxfam GB, Finance and Administration Manager at the Norwegian Refugee Council from May 2014 to May 2015, and Country Finance Manager at Oxfam GB from March 2012 to April 2014, as well as Finance Manager at Oxfam GB for a brief period in late 2011.
