Mike Kinder is an experienced customer engagement and business development professional with a strong background in strategic account management. Currently serving as the Customer Engagement Manager at Teamworks since July 2016, Mike focuses on enhancing customer relationships to maximize the value derived from the company's collaboration software for athletic organizations. Previously held roles include Strategic Account Leader and Director of Strategic Accounts at Staples, where Mike was instrumental in driving sales growth and retention for major clients, including Duke University and Royal Bank of Canada. Mike's career also includes positions at D+H and Corporate Express, where significant contributions were made in national account management and client engagement. Mike holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University.
