Jukka Kujala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, human resources, and talent management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager & HR Advisor at Teamspective since May 2023, Jukka previously held key leadership roles at Hoxhunt as VP People & Operations and Head of People. Jukka has also contributed as a Board Member at aTalent Recruiting and Head of Talent at Icebreaker.vc, where expertise was focused on building organizational capacity for long-term growth. Additional experience includes recruitment roles at Smartly.io, where Jukka led APAC recruiting efforts and was part of the Engineering Talent team, and earlier roles in product marketing and organizational development. Jukka holds a Master's degree in Work Psychology and Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University.
