Revathi Menon's work experience begins in 2013 as a Media Intern at Hope House of Austin. In 2014, they worked as an Art & Design Intern at Triton Communications, followed by a role as an Executive in Communication at The Fuller Life. In 2015, they became a Creative Planning Manager at brand-comm.
In 2019, Revathi joined Appiness Interactive Pvt. Ltd. as an Ace/AM - Digital Brand Management, and then moved to Webenza in 2020 as a Manager - Client Servicing & Strategy. At Webenza, they led client relationships, managed social media campaigns, and contributed to award-winning campaigns.
From 2021 to 2022, Revathi worked as a Client Solutions Director at 22feet Tribal Worldwide, where they focused on social media management, digital product launches, and influencer/content creator conversations while ensuring client retention and expanding their team.
In 2022, they joined Gainsight as a Community Manager and became a Member of the Community-Led Alliance and Future of SaaS.
Revathi Menon obtained a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Christ University, Bangalore, between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued an M.S. degree in Communication from the same institution from 2012 to 2014. Revathi completed their undergraduate studies at MG University from 2009 to 2012, earning a BA degree in Communicative English. Revathi Menon's high school education took place at Chinmaya Vidyalaya Vaduthala from 2007 to 2009, with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. In addition to their academic qualifications, they hold several certifications in the field of Customer Success Management obtained from Gainsight, including the Advanced Customer Success Manager Certified Professional (in 2022) and the Customer Success Leader Certified Professional (in 2023).
