Sarah Weber, PMP, ITIL has a diverse background in customer engagement, project management, and consultancy. Sarah is currently working as the Director of Customer Engagement at TeamCentral, leading the customer engagement activities for the company. Prior to this, Sarah was a Customer Engagement Manager at the same company.
Before joining TeamCentral, Sarah worked at Centric Consulting where they held several roles. Sarah started as a Senior Consultant and later moved on to become a Client-Partner Development Champion, working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies. Sarah began their career at itelligence as a SAP Business Warehouse Analyst, where they worked on reporting projects for regional and global customers. Prior to that, they worked as the US Service Desk Team Lead, responsible for managing the service desk operations.
Sarah also has experience in academia, having worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Cincinnati. In this role, they led instructional lab sessions and managed a team of teaching assistants.

Sarah Weber earned a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati in 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from the same institution, graduating in 2011. Sarah received their high school education from Reading High School. Alongside their academic qualifications, Sarah has obtained multiple certifications, including PMP (Project Management Institute) in October 2014 and ITIL Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management (PEOPLECERT) in 2013.
