Kristin Biddie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and program development, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Loopio since April 2020. In addition to this role, Kristin is a Program Advisor and Guest Speaker for York University's innovative Continuing Education Certification Program in Customer Success, which is the first accredited program of its kind in North America. Kristin's contributions to the field are further exemplified by positions such as Customer Success Coach for Catalyst Software and Customer Success Fellow at On Deck. Previous roles include Client Solutions Lead at SHIFT, Manager of Customer Success & Digital Engagement at Influitive, and managerial positions at TJX Canada. Kristin holds a Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
