Wendy Spalding is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative and support roles within church and educational settings. Currently serving as an Onboarding Partner at Team Expansion since July 2019, Wendy assists prospective missionaries in navigating their logistical preparations for fieldwork. Prior to this, Wendy held the position of Executive Assistant to the President at Cincinnati Christian University for over 13 years and worked as an Administrative Assistant at Western Hills Church of Christ, where engagement with diverse congregations took place. Wendy also has earlier experience as an Administrative Assistant at Team Expansion during its early years. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and Journalism from Cincinnati Christian University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
