Rachel Smith is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Diversity Strategy at Deffet Group, Inc. Rachel previously held roles such as Senior Project Manager at the same company. Before joining Deffet Group, Inc., Rachel worked at Allstate for several years in positions such as Underwriting and Development Specialist, Customer Experience Coach, and Front Line Leader - Talent Share. Rachel started their career as a research assistant at Deffet Group, Inc. Rachel graduated from Hiram College with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies after completing their high school education at Tuslaw High School.
