Jenny Henckel Anderson is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing human resources within various organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager for Tata Consultancy Services since August 2022, Jenny has held progressive HR roles at HCL Technologies Sweden from July 2018 to August 2022, including Group HR Manager and Senior HR Manager. Prior experience includes positions as HR Administrator at Portman Building Society and HR Assistant at Halcrow Group. Jenny holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with Human Resource Management from the University of Bath and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development from Solent University.
