Wyn Gregory serves as the Manager of North America Talent Acquisition at WP Engine, overseeing all hiring efforts within the region since June 2021. Previously, Wyn held the position of Manager for Global Talent Acquisition in Product & Engineering at WP Engine and was the Director of Recruiting at EAB, leading a diverse recruitment team across various sectors including Engineering and Strategic Marketing. Wyn's career began at The Advisory Board Company, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting for Product Development functions. Additional experience includes roles at General Assembly as Education Programs Manager and The Princeton Review, where Wyn progressed from Operations Manager to Senior Director of Operations, focusing on operational strategy and instructor recruitment. Wyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of North Texas and has completed graduate work in American Literature at New York University.
