Hamza Liaqat has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. Hamza started their career at epay, a Euronet Worldwide Company, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative from July 2011 to September 2012, handling general, technical, and credit queries for customers. Hamza then moved up to the position of Credit Control Supervisor from October 2012 to April 2017, taking on a supervisory role in managing credit control processes.
In 2017, Hamza joined TCP Software and began their journey as a Customer Success Manager for the SMB sector.
