Karen Jacobs has over two decades of experience in production and content development, currently serving as Managing Director at TBD Post since March 2020. As the Founder and Executive Producer of Left Black Shoe Production since 2006, Karen has specialized in content management across various media platforms. Notable roles include Showrunner for the 2020 Women's March in Austin, Stage Manager for the Planned Parenthood Votes 10 year anniversary event in 2024, and Creator/Host for a production at Texas Monthly. Previously, Karen founded Greatest Common Factory, was SVP and Director of Production at GSD&M, and held executive positions at Action Figure and Tequila Mockingbird, contributing to projects for renowned clients and award-winning series. Karen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film/Video Production from California College of the Arts.
