Adam Wade is the current Managing Director at NextWave Partners. Adam has over 10 years of experience in the renewable energy and investment industries. Prior to their current position, Adam was a Senior Consultant at Oscar, where they head-hunted for renewable energy and infrastructure development professionals across the APAC region. Adam has also worked as a Consultant for Talascend - Where Opportunities Await and as a Sports Coordinator for Queensland University of Technology (part-time while completing their degree). In 2008, Adam coached rugby and assisted with boarding house duties at Clongowes Wood College S.J.

Adam Wade has a Bachelor of Psychology from Queensland University of Technology, a High School Certificate from The Scots PGC College, and a Masters of Business in Human Resources Management and Services from Queensland University of Technology. Adam is also a Certified Innermetrix Consultant (CIC).
