Danet M Cartagena Felix is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Taylor Farms since July 2022, overseeing HR management and department operations for over 900 employees. Prior to this role, Danet worked as a Human Resource Manager at Pro-Health, LLC, managing HR functions for approximately 210 employees across three states. Danet also held the position of Global Training Manager for Latin America at Brinker International, focusing on training and HR development for the Chili’s brand, and served as a Human Resource Manager for McDonald’s in various capacities for over a decade.
