Steven Berger has extensive experience in human resources and corporate leadership, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at C.H. Guenther & Son. Previous roles include Non-Executive Board Member at Children International and Partner in HR, Leadership & Change, as well as Transactions & Transformation Practices at Kearney. Steven has also held senior leadership positions at Compass Minerals as Senior Vice President of Corporate Services and at Viterra, Inc. as Senior VP of Corporate Services and Senior VP of HR & Transformation. Steven holds a degree from George Mason University, Costello College of Business, and completed a program at Harvard Business School in 2011.
