Everett Carter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academia and industry. Since June 1995, Everett Carter has served as the CEO of TAYGETA SCIENTIFIC INC. Prior to this role, Everett Carter was an Assistant Professor at the Naval Postgraduate School from June 1990 to September 1995, where coursework focused on ocean dynamics, geophysical statistics, and numerical modeling, alongside advising graduate students in related fields. From January 1983 to June 1990, Everett Carter worked as a Marine Research Scientist at the University of Rhode Island, conducting physical oceanography research and developing computer systems. Educationally, Everett Carter holds both MS and Ph.D. degrees in Applied Physics from Harvard University and a SB in Physics and Geophysics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
