Manish Jain has extensive experience in technology and engineering management, currently serving as Delivery Head and Associate Vice President of Engineering at Persistent Systems since October 2004. In this role, Manish oversees delivery management for the Accelerite product division and customer product division, with responsibilities that include P&L management, strategic business planning, and continuous improvement in project management skills. Previous positions held include Chief Product Architect and Enterprise Architect, focusing on product architecture and technical solutions for various analytics and distributed systems. Manish has a strong background in leading technical teams and projects across multiple sectors, including cloud security and predictive analytics, and has successfully managed high-profile customers while achieving notable recognition and awards for excellence in delivery and performance. Manish holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, alongside a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing.
