Ahmed Fares has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ahmed started their career as a Civil Engineer at NADA CONSTRUCTIONS in 2005. After that, they worked as a Quality Control Engineer at Palm Hills Developments from 2008 to 2012. Ahmed then joined SIAC Construction as a Senior Quality Control Engineer from 2012 to 2013. Ahmed returned to Palm Hills Developments as a Handover Assistant Manager from 2014 to 2016 and later became a Handover Manager from 2016 to 2018. In 2014, they also worked as a Senior Quality Control Engineer at Orascom Construction Ltd. Ahmed'smost recent positions include being a Senior Handover/QC Manager at Tatweer Misr from 2018 to 2022 and currently serving as the Handover and Quality Director at the same company.

Ahmed Fares earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Helwan University from 2000 to 2005.
