Beth Williams is an accomplished leader in organizational development and change management, currently serving as the CEO of Primeast North America since June 2019, where responsibilities include leading a team of 30 consultants and coordinating international projects across 24 countries. Prior to this role, Beth founded and owned Forward Focus, a change management firm, from October 1997 to June 2019, specializing in customized programs to enhance leadership and strategic execution. Previously, Beth held senior consulting positions at Primeast, focused on leadership training and organizational change, as well as executive roles at AdStar and Newspapers First, where expertise in client relations and advertising revenue generation was demonstrated. Beth's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and training from iPEC Coaching.
