Michael Spinelli is the Director of Research & Development Proteins at Tate & Lyle since May 2022. Prior to this, Michael was the Founder of Nutriati, Inc. where the focus was on improving the quality of the food supply and providing healthier options to consumers. With a background as the Chief Technology Officer and VP Product Development & Technology at a contracting company, as well as experience as the Director of Research & Development at Sabra Dipping Company, LLC and Product Development Manager at Ben & Jerry's, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role. Michael studied at the University of Vermont from 1987 to 1991.
