Camille Van Hoffelen is a Senior Data Scientist at Choco, dedicated to fostering a sustainable food system since November 2023. Previously, Camille co-founded Watergenics, serving as both CTO and Machine Learning Engineer, focused on developing novel optical sensors for real-time water quality measurements from November 2020 to October 2022. Camille also contributed to the education sector as a teacher in a data science course and as a lecturer at Ilia State University, where the "Introduction to Machine Learning" course was designed and taught. Prior experience includes a Machine Learning Engineer role at DocuSign, integrating software solutions, and a Data Scientist position at Seal Software Limited, utilizing NLP for legal contract analysis. Camille is an active member of Founders of the Future, a prestigious entrepreneurial community in Europe, and holds an MSci in Physics from Imperial College London and a Baccalauréat from the Centre International de Valbonne.
