Akith Jabed currently serves as Manager Operations for the Colour Coating Line at Tata Steel since July 2021, implementing cost-saving projects that yield significant monthly savings. Previously, in the Manager Operations CRM role, Akith contributed to two Shikhar projects focused on reducing power and roll consumption, resulting in considerable cost reductions for FY24. Prior experience includes a Management Engineer Trainee position at Tata Steel, and an internship at Primetals Technologies. Akith's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Jadavpur University, along with earlier studies at Ramanuj Gupta Junior College and MAC Memorial Academy.
