Amit Rai is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in leading human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Tata Play Fiber since December 2022, Amit previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. for a brief period. With a career that includes significant roles at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd and Tata Play Fiber, Amit has managed HR functions for large workforces and complex operational structures. Amit holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University.
