Breanne Metcalf currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at The Walt Disney Company, overseeing HR for Disney's Direct-to-Consumer business and leading Corporate Learning and Talent Solutions. As the Founder of The Betsey Network, Breanne connects motherless daughters during significant moments. Previously, Breanne held various positions at Hulu from November 2017 to December 2023, including Director of Human Resources and Senior Manager of Talent Advisory, and was involved as a Board Member for Hulu's Women's Employee Resource Group. Breanne's earlier experience includes roles at Nielsen as a Senior Global HR Business Partner and in multiple capacities during the Emerging Leaders Program, as well as an Operations and Risk Management Analyst at Groupon. Breanne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University, following education at Ursuline Academy-Cincinnati.
