Shweta Parab is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Tata Chemicals since June 2021. Prior to this role, Shweta held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources at Viaan Industries Ltd. from August 2018 to May 2021 and completed a Human Resources Internship at Mobicule Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where the focus was primarily on IT recruitment and HR operations. Shweta also gained foundational experience as a Human Resources Trainee at Indian Oil Corporation Limited in May 2017.
