Reina Guzman is an accomplished training and development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Lead Training Specialist and API Affinity Group Lead at Taskrabbit since May 2020, Reina also leads the Latinx Affinity Group and previously held positions including Senior Training and Development Specialist, Training & Development Associate, and Customer Support Advocate. Reina participated as a Path to Power Scholar with Tribaja™️ in 2022, focused on enhancing access to digital skills for Latinas. Prior experience includes developing training materials and managing training schedules at the Information Technology Services department of The University of Texas at Austin from 2017 to 2020, and working as a Sales Ambassador at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America. Reina obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from The University of Texas at Austin in 2021 and previously attended Universidad de Cantabria.
