Andy Needham is an accomplished Director and Senior Motion Designer at IMCALLEDANDY LTD, a position held since May 2013. Concurrently, Andy has served as a LinkedIn Learning Instructor since December 2013, specializing in the development, writing, and recording of training videos for various 3D and Visual Effects software packages, including CINEMA 4D, After Effects, Nuke, Mocha, Illustrator, as well as plugins like X-Particles and Octane. Prior to these roles, Andy gained experience as a freelance Motion Graphics Designer from June 2004 to May 2013. Andy holds a BSc in Multimedia Production from Nottingham Trent University, completed from 2001 to 2004.
