Leila Davis MFIA has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Event Coordinator for The Benevolent Society until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Philanthropy Manager at the Starlight Children's Foundation Australia. In 2009, they joined Spinal Cord Injuries Australia as the Head of Marketing & Fundraising, a role they held until 2014.
