Ana Francia is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Venga Global since January 2022, Ana excels in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating rates, and providing recruitment reports. Since March 2017, further responsibilities have been undertaken as a Project Manager at Targem Translations, overseeing all stages of legal and financial projects while managing freelancers and ensuring quality control. Ana also founded and operated El Recreo and En castellano, focusing on Spanish education for children and community support for Spanish-speaking families, respectively. Earlier roles include Project Coordinator at The Language Factory, Translation Project Manager at Transperfect Translations and Language Line Services, and Junior Project Manager at All Languages Ltd. Ana holds a Degree in English Language from the National University of Asunción.
