Wybe H. Bruinsma holds an LLM and currently serves as the Head Of Legal for TAQA Group in the Netherlands since November 2020. Bruinsma is also the Owner and Managing Director of Maxwell Silver, focusing on project and transaction management in renewable energy and legal strategy. Previous roles include Group General Counsel at Dynniq, Senior Legal Counsel at GroenLeven, Co-owner and CEO of Van de Sant Global B.V., and various legal counsel positions in companies such as RWE Energy Nederland N.V. and de Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V. Bruinsma's education includes a Master in Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a recent course on Finance for Non-Financial Managers from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
