Sruthy Pulijal is an experienced legal professional with a comprehensive background in commercial law, litigation, and contract management. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at CenterPoint Energy since July 2018, Sruthy manages and advises on land and right of way work, real estate, and operational legal matters while also providing strategic legal guidance across various organizational sectors. Prior roles include Senior Counsel and Counsel positions focusing on commercial legal issues and corporate agreements. Previous experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at Sutherland Global Services and Corporate Contracts Analyst at Zions Bancorporation, where Sruthy expertly handled a wide range of commercial transactions and compliance matters. Sruthy began a legal career with internships at Kennedy Hodges LLP, Harris County District Attorney's Office, and the State of Texas, culminating in a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston, complemented by undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin.
