Sierra Carvo is a seasoned software developer with a strong focus on backend engineering and full-stack development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Tango Card since March 2021, Sierra specializes in distributed system architecture for a reward delivery platform. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Developer at Commerce Architects, where expertise in backend microservices and the Spring Framework was developed. Additionally, Sierra's background features a web development internship at Paw Print Genetics, various positions in project management and graphic design, and foundational roles in education and medical transcription. Sierra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Design and Visual Communications from Eastern Washington University.
