Rory Guzowski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Systems Developer at Tricon Geophysics for ten years. In 2003, they also served as a Web and Database Consultant at Polyphasia, LLC until 2008. In 2012, Rory joined Deloitte as a Senior Analytics Consultant, utilizing risk and regulatory analytics to provide valuable insights and predictions. Rory held this role until 2014 and then transitioned to a Senior Analytics Consultant position within the same company until 2017. After that, they became a Manager, delivering operational improvements and strategic decision-making support. From 2018 to 2022, Rory served as a Master Software Engineer 1 and Software Engineering Manager II, overseeing and managing software engineering projects at Deloitte. In 2022, they became an AVP of Software Engineering before accepting the role of Senior Director of Software Engineering at LeaseAccelerator in 2023.

Rory Guzowski completed an MBA degree at Baruch College from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Additionally, Rory has obtained several certifications including Full Stack Web Development Specialization, Full Stack Web Development Specialization Capstone Project, Server-side Development with NodeJS, Multiplatform Mobile App Development with Web Technologies, Front-End JavaScript Frameworks: AngularJS, Front-End Web UI Frameworks and Tools, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Getting and Cleaning Data, R Programming, and The Data Scientist’s Toolbox from various institutions such as Coursera.
