Justine Lahaie is a seasoned professional in the field of fraud operations, currently serving as a Fraud Operation Manager at Tangerine since November 2022. Prior to this role, Justine held various positions at Scotiabank, including Fraud Team Leader from October 2016 to the present. Justine’s extensive experience in the fraud sector also includes tenures at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where roles spanned from Fraud Detection Officer to Fraud Manager between November 2008 and October 2016. Justine completed a College Diploma in Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Collège La Cité (2009-2012) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management at Athabasca University (January 2021 - June 2025).
