Claudia Martinez has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Claudia began their career at Corporate Acquisitions as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant. In 2014, they moved to Realty Finance Trust as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Communication Specialist after 5 months. In 2016, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Clarins Group and an Administrative Assistant at Rothschild & Co. In 2017, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Benefit Street Partners Realty Trust. From 2018-2019, they worked at Dwight Capital as an Office Manager/Third Party Bid Coordinator and at Dwight Funding as a Human Resources Coordinator/Executive Assistant to Co-Founders. Currently, they are working at Ninth Wave as an HR and Business Manager.

Claudia Martinez graduated from Manhattanville College in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in History and Education. Prior to that, they graduated from New Rochelle High School in 2007. In December 2020, they obtained a Certificate of Completion from Asana.
