Elaine S. has extensive experience in customer support and translation, currently serving at Tangelo Games Corp. since February 2010. In this role, Elaine manages multilingual user needs, provides technical and payment methods support, and offers personalized assistance to VIP users. Responsibilities include translation and overall review of the company website and social media content in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, as well as coordination with external translators for French and Italian. Prior to this, Elaine worked briefly as a pollster for Randstad, gathering customer satisfaction data, and spent eight years as an English and Spanish teacher at WIZARD IDIOMAS, teaching across various levels and ages.
