Theodosios Andreou has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Theodosios began as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Imperial College London in 2009 and then worked as a C# .NET Software Engineer at Morgan Stanley the same year. In 2010, they were an Intern Software Engineer at Deutsche Bank. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Deutsche Bank as a Technical Lead/Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and Business Analyst. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Alfa^ as a Junior Architect/Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. In 2019, they worked as a Product Owner at Hellenic Bank and is currently working as an Integration Engineer at Talos since 2022.

Theodosios Andreou's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computing from Imperial College London from 2007 to 2010, an MSc in Financial Systems Engineering from London Business School from 2010 to 2011, and an MSc in Financial Systems Engineering from UCL from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Coursera in Neural Networks and Deep Learning in August 2021 and from Scrum.org in Professional Scrum Master I in April 2016.
